Hi, I am Clara!
I’m the founder of BICE Styling.
For over a decade, I’ve navigated the corporate world, from fast-paced startups to established companies. While I thrived in these roles, I often felt a disconnect between my professional self and my personal style.

As a woman in leadership, I faced the daily challenge of balancing power and femininity. I felt the pressure to conform to certain stereotypes, sacrificing my unique, colourful style for the sake of professional acceptance. This internal conflict often left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to present myself authentically, particularly as my career evolved into more "grown up" roles.

Today, I’m dedicated to empowering women to embrace their unique style and confidently express themselves. Through BICE Styling, I help women in leadership find a style that feels authentic, and build a wardrobe that reflects their true essence.

My values are rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and individuality. I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and beautiful, regardless of her role or background.
My Story
After spending over a decade in diverse roles across billion-dollar fashion businesses, tech startups, and everything in between, I always knew I wanted to be my own boss—though I wasn’t always sure in what capacity.
Navigating the corporate world, especially as a woman in leadership, meant constantly balancing strength with femininity. Too often, I found myself toning down my unique, colorful style to fit a certain mould, prioritising professional acceptance over authentic self-expression.

In 2023, something shifted when I enrolled in the Women’s Personal Styling course at London College of Style. What started as a personal outlet soon reignited my passion, and I realised that empowering other women to feel confident and authentic through their style was my true calling.

With BICE Styling, I help women in leadership find a style that feels genuinely them, building wardrobes that reflect their power, individuality, and essence.
I understand the challenges they face because I’ve been there too.
